2026 Winter Hitters Classic
Four Teams. Five Days. One Title.
December 21st – December 30th
Keep your swing dialed in over winter break. Step into Cage 8 for a fast-paced, hitters-only HitTrax tournament for baseball and softball players. Grab your squad, get your reps in against live data, and battle for the division title. All without giving up your entire holiday week.
The Format
Fast-paced, game-speed reps. Each team carries 3–4 players. Every team plays one game per day, maxing out at 7 innings or a 30-minute time limit. You get 5 warm-up pitches to track the ball, then it's go time.
The Divisions
We are running separate brackets for Baseball (Ages 9–12 and 13–15) and Softball (Ages 9–12 and 13–15). Space is strictly limited to exactly four teams per division.
The Location
All tournament games will take place exclusively in Cage 8 at The Batter’s Den. Come ready to hit.
Winter Break Schedule
We know the holidays are busy. To help you plan your winter break, we have mapped out the specific game blocks for each division. Teams will play one 30-minute game per day within their division’s time window. You get your hacks in, and you get back to your family.
Ages 9–12 Baseball (Game Start Times)
- Dec 21 (Round 1): 2:00 PM or 2:45 PM
- Dec 22 (Round 2): 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM
- Dec 28 (Round 3): 3:30 PM or 4:15 PM
- Dec 29 (Position Round): 6:45 PM or 7:30 PM
- Dec 30 (Playoffs): 9:00 AM – 12:45 PM block
Ages 13–15 Baseball (Game Start Times)
- Dec 21 (Round 1): 3:30 PM or 4:15 PM
- Dec 22 (Round 2): 6:45 PM or 7:30 PM
- Dec 28 (Round 3): 2:00 PM or 2:45 PM
- Dec 29 (Position Round): 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM
- Dec 30 (Playoffs): 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM block
Ages 9–12 Softball (Game Start Times)
- Dec 21 (Round 1): 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM
- Dec 22 (Round 2): 2:00 PM or 2:45 PM
- Dec 28 (Round 3): 6:45 PM or 7:30 PM
- Dec 29 (Position Round): 3:30 PM or 4:15 PM
- Dec 30 (Playoffs): 1:45 PM – 5:30 PM block
Ages 13–15 Softball (Game Start Times)
- Dec 21 (Round 1): 6:45 PM or 7:30 PM
- Dec 22 (Round 2): 3:30 PM or 4:15 PM
- Dec 28 (Round 3): 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM
- Dec 29 (Position Round): 2:00 PM or 2:45 PM
- Dec 30 (Playoffs): 3:15 PM – 6:15 PM block
Registration & Free Agency
Registration is $95 per player. Building your team is simple, but every player must register individually.
- Playing with Friends: Coordinate with your group beforehand, pick a team name, and ensure every player enters that exact team name during their individual checkout.
- Free Agents: Do not have a full squad? Register as a Free Agent. If space is available in your division, we will assign you to a team so you can still compete.
Remember, space is capped at just four teams per division. Lock in your crew before the bracket fills up.
