- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- WHO: Athletes of All Ages & All Sports
- WHERE: The Batter’s Den (2408 Walter Payton Memorial Hwy, Oswego, IL)
Pricing & Packages
- Single Session, 4-Packs, and 8-Packs are available for purchase.
- Single Session: $30
- 4-Pack: $110 (27.50 per session)
- 8-Pack: $200 ($25 per session)
Members and non-members are welcome!
How to Sign Up
- Create your account online.
- Purchase a single, 4-pack, or 8-pack
- Sign up for your session via The Batter’s Den app using your purchased sessions.
- You can locate the Booking Calendar by tapping My Bookings and then Book Cages from the app.
- Make sure you’re logged into the same account you used to purchase your sessions.
- You’re all set for your speed and agility session!
- The cutoff time to sign up or cancel a session is one hour before the session’s start time.
- If you need to cancel, we will review the request and return the credit to your account.
- If you’ve signed up for a session and do not submit your cancellation request by the cutoff time, we will not be able to return the session credit to your account.

Each 60-minute session is a high-energy workout focused on three pillars of athleticism:
- Explosive Speed & Agility: We’ll drill the mechanics of acceleration and change of direction. You’ll master the explosive first step needed to steal a base, break away from a defender, or close in on a play.
- Elite Hand-Eye Coordination: Through a series of dynamic and challenging drills, we’ll sharpen your reaction time, improve your ability to track objects, and create a seamless connection between what your eyes see and what your body does.
- Functional Balance & Body Control: Every powerful athletic movement starts from a stable base. We’ll build your balance and body control to make every movement more efficient and powerful.
