Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays | All-Sports Speed and Agility Training

Coach Kevin

Learn, laugh, and break a sweat with Coach Kevin. This isn’t just running laps—it’s about becoming a better athlete through competition. Join us for a mix of technical drills and game-like challenges designed to boost speed and agility for any sport. Whether you are 8 or 18, come ready to work hard and enjoy the best hour of your day.

  • WHAT: A 60-minute, drop-in style athletic development class.
  • WHEN:
    • Tuesdays: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
    • Thursdays: 4:30 PM- 5:30 PM
    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • WHO: Athletes of All Ages & All Sports
  • WHERE: The Batter’s Den (2408 Walter Payton Memorial Hwy, Oswego, IL)

Pricing and Packages

  • Single Session, 4-Packs, and 8-Packs are available for purchase. 
  • Single Session: $30
  • 4-Pack: $110 (27.50 per session)
  • 8-Pack: $200 ($25 per session)

September 7th | Mental Edge Camp w/ Coach Sammy

Date: September 7th

Time: 9:30 AM – 11 AM

Cost: $60

Kick off Labor Day with a different kind of training! FocusEdge helps baseball and softball athletes train two areas that often get overlooked: their eyes and their mindset.

Athletes will work through fun, competitive drills focused on ball tracking, reaction speed, pitch recognition, focus, confidence, and resetting after mistakes. We’ll also help athletes develop a simple pre-at-bat routine they can take straight into their next game.

Coach Sammy will be releasing a training app compatible for athletes of all ages, designed to work on focus, tracking and more. You get the first preview of an amazing tool from a coach who has all about the mental part of the game & life. Exclusive to anyone who signs up for this camp. Like it enough to continue, talk to Sammy about adding it to your cellular device.

September 20th | Infield & Hitting Camp w/Coach Ernie

Date: September 20th

Time: 12:00 PM – 2:15 PM

Cost: $60

Take your game to the next level with focused, high-quality instruction designed to develop strong fundamentals, improve consistency, and build confidence on the field and at the plate.

Infield Training Objectives

Players will work through progressive drills focused on:

• Proper footwork and positioning

• Developing soft, efficient hands

• Proper throwing mechanics

• Ground-ball fielding technique

• Clean transfers and efficient movement

Hitting Training Objectives

Players will receive quality repetitions through:

• Tee drills focused on swing mechanics and barrel control

• Soft toss for timing, rhythm, and consistency

• Live batting practice for game-like repetitions

• Pitching machine work to develop timing and pitch recognition

September 26th | Fall Baseball/Softball Combine

Date: September 26th

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Cost: $60

With fall ball in full-swing, know exactly what your off-season training needs to incorporate for spring season to show best results. Baseball & Softball combine oriented, receiving results, data, & coach feedback via email after the completion of this camp.

Athletes will be tested in the following drills..

  • 20 Yard Dash.
  • Shuttle Drill
  • Broad Jump.
  • Seated Medicine Ball Velocity.
  • Grip Strength
  • Mobility Assessment (FMS Testing).
  • Run & Gun Throwing Velocity.
  • Tee Exit Velocity (Softball/Baseball)

There will be a warm-up administered by a coach to get all athletes ready to test. Before testing throwing velocity, all athletes will get time to warm-up their arms/body to throw. Each athlete will receive 1-3 attempts, depending on the test, their best score will be recorded for each. When signing up, your email listed on the sign-up will be used as your contact email with results and feedback. IF you would not like that email to be used, please email leave the email in the notes of your sign-up.

Equipment needed for this camp: Glove, bat, and Batting gloves(if used). Athletes can wear shorts and t-shirts, baseball/softball pants not required.

October 2026

October 3rd | Pop Time Lab Camp w/Coach Dato

Date: October 3rd

Time: TBD

Ages: 9-12 & 13-18

Cost: $65

The “Pop-Time Lab” is designed to help catchers become quicker, more

efficient and increase confidence behind the plate. Through game-like

drills and individualized coaching, players will sharpen their catch and

throw mechanics before measuring their performance with HitTrax

technology. Whether you’re looking to throw more runners out or simply to

understand your numbers, this camp provides the tools to continue

improving long after the session ends.

  1. Understand the components of an elite pop time.
  2. Learn drills to improve catch and throw efficiency.
  3. Receive personalized coaching throughout the session.
