We get it, Saturdays and Sundays are about competing, which is why we’re offering this series of training sessions designed to prepare players (and their parents) for the weekend.

Pregame Prep - Thursdays
Get game-ready with our 60-minute Pregame Prep sessions. We’ll sharpen your hitting mechanics and lock in your focus with dynamic warm-ups, vision drills, and plenty of quality swings. It’s all about building confidence and getting your body and mind dialed in before game day.

Parents Night Out - Fridays
Need a night off? We’ve got you covered! Drop off your ballplayer (ages 8+) for three hours of fun, including speed and agility work, games, and a baseball movie (We promise it won’t be Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch).
Meanwhile, you can enjoy some downtime – maybe even check out The Anchor Bar nearby! Kids will be active and having a blast while you recharge. Now get out there and have fun!
- 3 hours of active fun and team-building
- Grab dinner, drinks, see a movie, remember what life was like before kids!
- Pick-up by 9 PM
- $40 (+$20 for each additional sibling)
- Ages 8+



Recovery and Refocus - Sundays
Maximize your development with our 60-minute Recovery and Refocus sessions. After a long weekend of games, it’s crucial to recover right. We’ll focus on light hitting, flexibility, mental resets, and vision training to help you bounce back stronger. Learn how taking care of your body and mind is key for long-term growth, both on and off the field.
- 60 minutes of structured recovery
- $35
- Sundays at 4 PM
Pricing Options
We’ve got three pricing options available to best match your schedule and training goals. Whether you want to drop in for the occasional session or sign up for a package, you’ll find an option that works for you.
*A membership to The Batter’s Den is not required to participate in these sessions.
Individual Session
Pick any single session (Thursday, Friday, or Sunday)

- $40 (Friday)
The Weekender
Choose three sessions that work best for you.
- $100 (Save up to $20)
*Can be used for any three sessions over the course of the series.
The Weekender PLUS
Make the most of your training by signing up for 12 sessions. Use it for 4 weeks of training in a row or spread it throughout the summer.
- $350 (Save up to $130)
*Can be used for any 12 sessions over the course of the series.
